The Jenolan Caves House is a historic hotel built in multiple stages between 1876-1926. The buildings design was over seen by Colonel Walter Liberty Vernon in a Federation Arts & Crafts style. The hotel sits at one end of the popular 44-kilometre Six Foot Track, and is a popular starting or ending point for those hiking the path. It also serves as a base for those visiting the Jenolan Karst Conservation Reserve.

NOTE: As of May 2026 the Jenolan Caves House is closed for renovation. You can find up to date information here: nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/visit-a-park/parks/jenolan-karst-conservation-reserve/local-alerts
