The "Ruisseau de Herquemoulin" stream ends its short life here by plunging into the sea ("La mare aux marchands"). But through thousands of years of work, he has cut a deep incision into the brittle rocks. At low tide you have a good entry into the very rocky area below the steep face. Not highly recommended at high tide. You can then take the beautiful road "Herquemoulin les treizes vents" to Jobourg, where you have great views of the cliff landscape.
