Gravel riding
A waypoint on the heights of the Vallée de Joux, especially if you like to leave with a souvenir that you can eat! At the Chalet des Esserts, you can buy Vacherin Mont d’Or, one of the emblematic products of the region.
It's a practical stop to integrate into a gravel loop, provided you leave some space in your panniers or backpack ;-) Also think about the opening hours before counting on it as a supply point.
