McCormack Trail follows a quieter section of the Dundas Valley trail network with rolling terrain, creek crossings and dense tree cover. The route passes through a mix of hardwood forest and shaded ravines, with sections that become muddy after rain and patches of exposed roots along the climb. In autumn, the trail is especially known for its colourful canopy of maple and beech trees.
