The modern fountain on Platea Ethnikis Antistasis (National Resistance Square) in the center of Arta.
The striking metal sculpture in the center of the fountain was created by the renowned Epirus sculptor Theodoros Papagiannis and depicts a group of birds in flight. The artwork was installed in the summer of 2023 as part of the city center modernization ("Open Mall") initiative, aiming to create a new cultural reference point in the central square.
