You can get to the Gickelsturm from the Schiefenturm in Dausenau following the Lahnwanderweg or from Nassau past the Marien Krankenhaus into the forest H4 which finally meets the Lahnwanderweg and leads together first Gertrudi's hut and shortly afterwards to the Gickelsturm. At a high point, a staircase leads to a steel structure from which you can also look down on Nassau Castle. The route from Dausenau on the Lahn hiking trail alone is worth the trip. The sounds slowly disappear from the valley and you walk through different trees. Unfortunately, I accidentally cheered the image onto the Kuxlay without being able to remove it.
