Hiking
The upper waterfall can be reached via a "very difficult secured trail". A sign indicating the wearing of a helmet also hangs there. The path is very easy to walk and only briefly "very difficult" via a secured steep staircase. Our little dog even scrambled up there itself. A helmet can't hurt, I hit my head twice on the low rocks. But you can also just pay attention :)
