The winding SH3 between Librazdh and Lin has no hard shoulder, cars (and many trucks) drive fast and can only overtake closely. Unpleasant! The river course in spring 2026 is a single construction site (presumably construction of a larger road), the entire slopes are completely torn down. Therefore, unfortunately, also scenically disfigured.
