There are three creek crossings between Nissen Bight and the Laura Creek campsite. The other two creeks have footbridges and handrails while Dakota Creek does not. There is a log that spans the creek but it is not advised to walk across it as it is very slippery. Instead, shimmy yourself across the log or ford the creek if the water level allows.
