Palace built in the 19th century, destroyed in 1945 to ground floor level, thoroughly rebuilt in 1974.
Before 1939, it was owned by a certain Kotecki.
Originally a single-story palace with a two-story avant-corps, with a balcony and balustrade, with arched windows in the avant-corps and windows in profiled surrounds with cornices.
Currently, the building on the grounds of the former recreation center is abandoned.
