The Wittower Fähre is a ferry connection for pedestrians and vehicles (up to a permissible total weight of 30 t) from the mainland of the island of Rügen, the Muttland, to the Wittow peninsula in the north. It also gave its name to the Wittower Fähre district of the municipality of Wiek. This is located on the Rassower Strom on the tapering spit of land between Wieker Bodden and Breetzer Bodden on the northern shore. On the southern shore, the ferry landing is located between the districts of Vaschvitz and Fischersiedlung of the municipality of Trent.
