Climbing from Nicciano, we arrive at the small hamlet of Cortia where, on a newly restored dirt road called the Via dei Piastroni, 8 sculptures in pietra serena have been placed, marking the ancient connecting path between Nicciano and Capoli, each named after the location where it has been placed.
