Though relatively close to Banff, Canmore, and Calgary the Ghost Public Land Use Zone (PLUZ) receives only a fraction of the visitors as its more famous neighbours. That being said, it means you'll need to take extra precautions while adventuring out here cell service is mostly non-existent and you are deep in bear country so bear spray is an essential. However, those that do make it out here are rewarded with stunning beauty without the crowds of a national park.
