The Green Canyon (Turkish: Yeşil Kanyon) is an impressive reservoir of the Oymapınar Dam in the Taurus Mountains, about 23 km from Manavgat. It is famous for its clear, emerald-green water and the steep rock faces that surround it. It is an artificial reservoir created by the construction of the Oymapınar Dam (completed in 1984). With a height of 185 meters, it is one of Turkey's highest dams.
