Location: Leidschendam-Voorburg, South Holland, Netherlands
The Molendriegang in the vicinity of the Dutch town of Leidschendam is a mill corridor that consists of three windmills. The mills were built around 1672 for the dry milling of De Driemanspolder (later merged into the Nieuwe Driemanspolder). The lower mill was struck by lightning and burned down in 1902 and was replaced by a new one in 1903. In 1945, a new pump was installed in the lower mill, but it had too little capacity. For this reason the three-way corridor was decommissioned in 1951.
The three mills, owned by the province of South Holland, have been restored in recent years and are ready for milling. The pump in the lower mill was replaced in 2006 by a pump with a larger capacity, making the three-way more balanced. There are no visiting options.
The Leidschendam three-way runs once a month, on Saturdays.

Since windmills are simply a part of it, I included them here in my tour from Alphen to Delft.
They have been beautifully restored and look very beautiful.
