This 3 kilometre Grade 3 loop in Braeside Park circles the wetlands, combining granitic sand paths with sections of mown grass. The trail moves through red gum and manna gum bushland before opening out along the wetland edges. Surfaces can be uneven, with grass sections becoming wet and slippery in winter. Shallow water borders parts of the track, and snakes are commonly seen in warmer months. Dogs are not permitted.
