Bike Touring Highlight (Segment)
The path has its pitfalls in the form of roots, tracks of sailing clubs and deep holes.

The all-clear: the path is a normal, easily navigable gravel path (sometimes also a very small side street) on the banks of the Havel in Konradshöhe. The part that I drove between Sandhauser Straße and Tegelort ferry pier at the end of 2019 was very good to drive, I don't know how it looks south of it. Clearly nicer than the street, great view of the Havel and many benches for a break at the water. You should definitely take the beautiful riverside path with you here, as you can no longer head north towards Heiligensee / Hennigsdorf and have to drive on the road. At the southern end of Tegelort you either continue on Tegeler See (Schwarzer Weg) towards Tegel or with the only car ferry in Berlin (€ 1 for cyclists) over to Spandau to the Havel cycle path, which is definitely recommended.
