Wivenhoe outlook is just a short stop off the main track, offering an expansive vista across the surrounding foothills to Lake Wivenhoe. The view takes in the reservoir’s winding shoreline and the layered ridges that frame the lake within the Wivenhoe–Somerset landscape. It’s a beautiful spot that's worth taking a brief stop along the trail before continuing toward Somerset Lookout.
