Koonung Creek Linear Park is a green corridor that follows Koonung Creek through several eastern Melbourne suburbs. The park includes open grassed areas, pockets of bushland, wetlands and shared pathways that support recreation, commuting and habitat conservation. Despite its proximity to the Eastern Freeway, the linear reserve provides continuous open space and local access to nature within a highly urbanised setting.
