From the small rocky cove at Playa Barranco de la Mar, there are magnificent views along the rocky coast to the northeast and across the sea to the coastal town of Calabardina and the massive rocky mountain with Cabo Cope and Cocón de Cope, which rises to around 240 meters. In strong winds, the surf is fantastic and impressive.
