Jan Rak (born 1820, died 1909) – Polish poet and peasant sculptor from Husów near Łańcut.
From 1877 to 1889, he was a local scribe. In addition to farming and writing poetry, he also carved wood, decorated everyday objects, and carved religious figures. Some of his works are in the Ethnographic Museum in Kraków.
A representative of indigenous peasant creativity, he is the author of the book Utwory chłopa nieszczyźnionego (Works of a Serf Peasant) (Warsaw, 1953).
