    These are really powerful and impressive electricity pylons.
    The supporting masts of the Elbe crossing 1 have a height of 189 m and were built between 1959 and 1962. 1976-1978 the Elbe crossing 2 was added, the supporting masts had to be higher to reach the headroom of 75 m. They are 227 m high, making them the tallest electricity pylons in Europe, and for many years they were the tallest in the world.
