The Edina Promenade travels alongside the Nine Mile Creek Trail from Yorktown Park westward to Centennial Lakes Park. There, it diverges from the trail and curves north toward the Galleria and Southdale shopping districts. Along the way, there are hanging flower baskets, stone arches, manicured shrubs, and whimsical sculptures, all standing in striking contrast to the woods and marshlands that border the main Nine Mile Creek Trail.
The most convenient parking for visitors to the Promenade is at Centennial Lakes Park, where free ramps are available from 76th Street or Plaza Drive. The entire pathway is paved, level, and ADA-compliant.
