The church itself is a beautiful old building. But I included this tip for another reason:
ATTENTION: Dangerous curve!
The federal road 244 leads around the church (no bike path in town). Due to the road layout and visibility, you should not drive there at more than 30 km/h - unfortunately there are people who can't do that :(. Trucks and other large vehicles can hardly pass each other there.
Just a few meters into town behind the church, turn right in the direction of Vorsfelde and Wendschott. This path leads to the beautifully situated Katharinenbach.
