In Battambang, we bought a ticket for a boat trip of over 100km to Siem Reap along the river that flows from the Tonle Sap (the largest lake in Southeast Asia; during the rainy season, the river's flow reverses from the Mekong, into which the lake normally flows, and a large amount of water floods the fertile plain. Therefore, the fishing quota is particularly high in February.
