A large, super-smooth road leads to the Upper Cisokan Hydroelectric Power Plant from the Saguling Hydroelectric Power Plant. While the road is wide, it's very quiet because it dead-ends at the Cisokan Hydroelectric Power Plant. Only local residents pass through here. Be careful, as there are many large trucks passing through, as the Cisokan Hydroelectric Power Plant is still under construction.
