Since the concrete was poured, for some reason, this 1-kilometer segment wasn't poured. It was left in its ugly state, like a window into the past. This serves as a reminder that the entire route used to be like this, severely damaged. Or was it not poured because the neighborhood head belonged to a different party? Hahahaha
