The Window to Heaven is a natural viewpoint in the Throat of Heaven, accessible via the trail from Pico dos Quatro towards Pedra da Gávea in Tijuca National Park. Steep climbs exposed through dense Atlantic rainforest lead to panoramic views of São Conrado, Morro Dois Irmãos, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, and Ipanema. Excellent physical fitness and an experienced guide are required.
