Lim-5, serial number 1C-0309, and fictitious side number 5058. The aircraft was built at PZL WSK Mielec in the first half of 1957. It is part of the third production series. It began flying in Słupsk and ended its service in 1989 with the 61st LPSz-B in Biała Podlaska. Throughout its service, it bore the tactical (side, side) number 309. In 2002, it was brought to Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą and placed on a pedestal with the fictitious number 5058.
