Count A.R. Vorontsov donated 500 rubles for the construction. In 1832, the stone Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker was consecrated in Aleksino. The stone bell tower in Aleksino replicates the architecture of the bell tower of the Church of the Resurrection in Matrenino, but is built one tier lower.
