St Catherine's Island is a small limestone outcrop with lots of tidal caves. On top of the island is a fort that was built during the Napoleonic Wars. You can access the island for three hours either side of low tide.

Small island located on the beach in Tenby. During high tide island is underwater but when low tide is full accessible.

Also known as St Catherine’s rock and St Catherine’s Fort. You get a really nice view over the island if you walk up to Tenby Castle.
