Nice stretch of compact gravel (strada forestale) that climbs up slowly from halfway between Valsorda and Vigolo Vattaro. Many observation points along the road. Bike must be pushed for approximately 100m where a hiking trail is used to connect the main road to the final descent towards Susà. The descent is still gravel but with some larger rocks that might cause punctures, so watch out.
