From up here you have a great view of the valley. This is particularly beautiful during the autumn colors.

Wonderful view over the Rhine far into the Eifel. A panorama board on the top level helps with orientation. This wooden tower is of course a reconstruction, but only a little further up the foundations of a real Roman watchtower can be discovered, a wooden sign ("IX") indicates this.

The view from Tower No. IX on the Beulenberg is a must. Tele or good binoculars are worth taking with you. Far-reaching views over the Vinxbach valley towards the Eifel or north to the Wachtberg radio telescope. St. Apolinaris zu Remagen also peaks out of the valley. Good shelter when it rains and with the wonderfully sunny rest area with table and benches a proper snack station.
