Pelly Point Nature Trail ends at a viewpoint with a picnic table and a warming shack. The views are northward, out over Madge Lake and the surrounding wetlands. In 2016, Madge Lake experienced an "ice quake" (cryoseism), leaving a 2-kilometer-long crack in the ice.
