Along the way you’ll pass the Keeper’s Café and Visitor Centre, old WWII gun sites, the Seamen’s Memorial at Lance Cove and the island’s lighthouse. The terrain varies from gentle shore paths to steeper ascents over bare rock, with wide views over Conception Bay, iceberg and whale-watching potential, and the sense of being off the beaten track despite ferry access.
