Along its banks you’ll find scenic walking paths, picnic spots, and quiet stretches ideal for paddlers seeking a relaxed day on the water. In fact each spring the Annual Jock River Canoe Race takes place in Richmond and covers 12.5 kilometers across multiple classes of competition.
