The Verpeiljoch (2830 m), a very attractive and well-marked pass connecting the Kaunertal and Pitztal valleys, lies somewhat off the beaten track and is therefore pleasantly quiet. With the Verpeiltal valley on one side and the Mittelberglessee lake on the other, the route offers two scenic highlights. The difficulty level is T2-T3, so no one needs to break a sweat.
