The observation blind at Frank Lake offers one of the best vantage points for birdwatching in southern Alberta. Set close to the water’s edge, it provides shelter from wind while giving clear views of pelicans, avocets, and other waterfowl feeding in the shallows. Bring binoculars or a camera with a zoom lens—wildlife often gathers just beyond the reeds, especially during spring and fall migration.
