The Sussex Corner Bluff Trail starts gently, then climbs up through a hardwood forest before flattening out, and the grade becomes more gentle. The trail is easy to follow with some roots and tripping hazards, and can also be slippery after rain. The highlight of this trail is the Bluff Lookout, a rocky clearing with fantastic views over the valley, especially nice in the fall when the trees turn color. Hunter Orange must be worn by hikers from September to October during hunting season, and it's also essential to stay on the trail.
