The Upper Clearwater/Ram Public Land Use Zone spans over 2,700 square kilometers of rugged foothills and alpine terrain. It’s part of Alberta’s Bighorn Backcountry—an extensive, largely undeveloped landscape open to hiking, horseback travel, hunting, and dispersed camping. It's remote and lightly managed, with few facilities and long views that stretch across ridges, valleys, and wild headwaters.
