The main trail through Sherwood Park Natural Area, the Reg Gray Trail forms a looping route through dense aspen and spruce forest. Boardwalk sections cross small wetlands, and side paths link to shorter loops for an easy outing of varying lengths. It’s a flat, family-friendly trail that showcases the park’s mix of forest and open glades year-round.
