As a "Wildland Park" there is virtually no development leaving you to explore pristine high-alpine terrain, deep creek valleys, and ridges that frame vast vistas over the Sheep and Elbow River headwaters. With minimal signage, no paved roads, and very limited facilities, the area is designed for backcountry hikers, pack-rafters and mountain seekers ready to experience true remoteness and natural tranquility.
