Service history on the Polish State Railways (PKP):
After the war, it entered the PKP inventory as a Ty2-22.
During its service, it was assigned to various locomotive depots, including Wolsztyn (e.g., in the 1960s), Wrocław Gądów, Głogów, and Oleśnica.
End of service: It was removed from the register and eventually became a monument.
For a long time (since 1997), it stood as a monument on the site of the former Świebodzki Railway Station in Wrocław.
