Strandbad Übersee is certainly worthwhile for families. There is everything you need: WC, snacks and drinks. The lawn is big enough.

In winter (and now in Corona times) everything is closed. But right now you can enjoy the beach path in peace.

The extremely family-friendly lido on the south-eastern bank of the Chiemsee has the longest continuous sandy beach in southern Germany (5 km). Thanks to the shallow, sandy access to the water, stress-free paddling fun is guaranteed even for the little ones (and especially for their parents).

the lido and the overseas beach are the absolute hammer .. in summer and in winter the beach bar is open for cold and warm drinks and there are also hot waffles and fries and bosna and you can chill wonderfully in the deck chairs

There is a (2018) new playground directly at the lido.
