Bahía de Jagua is the protected bay of Cienfuegos, Cuba, famous for its scenic beauty and the historic Castillo de Jagua, an 18th-century fortress that now houses a museum. The bay is a popular attraction for boat trips, where visitors can explore the castle, the surrounding natural landscape of mangroves and beaches, and the wildlife. Unfortunately, it is also heavily littered, and one can see the oil-fired power plant, which generates electricity from heavy fuel oil.
