    St. Leonard's Church is one of the oldest and most valuable religious monuments in Słupca. Located on the southern edge of town, near the cemetery, it is an exceptional example of medieval wooden religious architecture.

    🛠 History

    - Probably built in the 16th century, although some sources indicate earlier origins – even the 14th century.

    - Originally, it served as a hospital church, caring for the sick and poor.

    - It was renovated several times in the 19th century, including in 1852, when a turret with a bell tower was added.

    - Listed in the register of historical monuments as one of the oldest wooden churches in the region.

    - The church is a log-construction structure, single-nave, with a narrower chancel enclosed on three sides.
