The hornbeam path begins at the bottom of the Eisenbläueweg and leads across the cow pastures (be careful, the cows are grazing in summer!) up to the crossroads on the Stuhlsebene. There are still some ancient hornbeams, unfortunately some of them have been badly damaged by the dry summers.
