Hiking Highlight
Brunni is a hamlet of the municipality Alpthal in the Swiss canton of Schwyz in Einsiedeln. The hiking and winter sports resort located at the foot of the myths is at 1100 m above sea level. M.
In winter, the ski resort attracts many visitors from the region around Lake Zurich. Due to its storage position, the area is considered to be snow-sure. Further slopes in the area are accessed by various ski lifts and a cable car. The latter leads to the Holzegg (1405 m above sea level), where a mountain inn popular with hikers stands, and a wooden mountain chapel, built in 1949, dedicated to St. Brother Klaus is consecrated. On the Holzegg the steep mountain trail begins on the big myths.

This is beautiful mountain to look at and to hike. It also looks like a good old fashioned proper mountain. We didn't have the best of views as it was a foggy day but a great hike and the food at the refuge was a welcome addition to the day.
