This is where NATO's nuclear weapons were stored during the Cold War. The site has been a monument zone since 2012 and can be visited on an information trail. The idea that weapons were stored here that could devastate all of Central Europe is oppressive and does not leave you without a trace. Plan some time to explore. Two open weapon bunkers and the building is freely accessible. Very interesting.
