This trail offers an excellent mix of lush subalpine forests, montane meadows and stunning views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. You can enjoy the babbling sounds of the nearby Lewis Creek, making the trek relaxing as you go along the path. There is a lot of wildlife, so be mindful of deer, bears and mountain lions along the trail.
